Liability Insurance
IMT wants you to be protected. All IMT Residential communities require residents to carry $50,000 property liability insurance during the term of their lease. IMT Residential has partnered with an insurance company to provide discounted rates to our residents. Contact your community Leasing Office for additional information.

If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your home or community, rest assured that we will work diligently to address your concern in a timely manner. Serving the residents who call our communities home is our business. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly assess and resolve any situation that may arise.
