SHERMAN OAKS, CA. NOVEMBER 7, 2019 —Today, IMT Residential, a leading nationwide apartment operator, announced that it is the only company within its tier to achieve Platinum Level in the traditional benchmark in Ellis Partners in Management Solutions’ top-performing companies.


IMT Residential is the only company in tier two, comprised of 53 companies, and one of two companies in the total program to receive Ellis’ Platinum Level Achievers award in 2019. Tier two companies must complete 30 to 69 shops within the calendar quarter and are ranked based on 10 questions of the customer experience in order to qualify. To receive the platinum-level accolade, companies must receive an average score of 97 percent or higher in the traditional benchmark.

Ellis Partners in Management Solutions’ benchmarking program is comprised of two tiers and companies can qualify for platinum, gold, silver or bronze levels based on the overall score. In the 2019 Ellis Traditional Multifamily Industry Benchmark, over 11,169 shops were completed and the average score was 86 percent.
