IMT Residential is recognized as a top 10 management company in Division III for online reputation in J Turner Research’s 2024 Division ORA® (Online Reputation Assessment) Power Ranking!
IMT Residential is ranked as the #6 management company in Division III. This is the fourth time IMT has ranked in the Division III Power Rankings. The ORA Power Ranking is based on J Turner’s monthly research of the ratings and reviews of 128,000+ properties across various review sites and ILSs. The Division Ranking extends the ORA award recognition to include apartment management companies that manage over 2,000 units. Division III (10,000 – 19,999 units) was determined based on the portfolio data obtained from Smart Apartment Data in June 2023.

Utilizing J Turner Research’s proprietary AI tool, which analyzes and classifies individual review comments by sentiment into 22 multifamily-specific operational categories, the awards offer a detailed view of performance. After analyzing over 2 million reviews, IMT Residential achieved notable rankings: 6th for Cleanliness, 7th for Communication, 7th for Maintenance, and 8th for Security.
The ORA™ Power Rankings are developed by J Turner Research, a leading apartment industry research firm. The ORA™ statistical model aggregates and analyzes online ratings to generate a single score on a 1-100 scale that is easy to monitor and rank.
