IMT Residential Celebrates Top Rankings in 2024 MSA ORA Power Rankings and Rising 1K ORA Awards

IMT Residential is proud to announce its recognition in the Top 25 MSA ORA Power Rankings and the Rising 1K ORA® Award by J Turner Research for 2024.

The Top 25 MSA ORA Power Rankings showcase the most populous Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) in the nation, along with the top 10 properties in each, based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores. IMT Residential communities in Los Angeles and Orlando were among those honored.

In the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, CA region, IMT Belasera at Fulton secured the #7 spot with an ORA score of 96, while IMT 5700 ranked #10 with a score of 95. In the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, FL region, IMT Lake House earned the #3 position with an ORA score of 95. These rankings reflect the dedication of our on-site teams to enhancing resident experiences and maintaining high standards across our communities. The MSA ORA Power Ranking series, first introduced in 2017, remains a key benchmark for property performance and resident satisfaction across the multifamily industry.

Additionally, IMT North Scottsdale ranked 56th in the Rising 1K ORA® for its remarkable improvement in ORA score, from 61 to 88 between January and July 2024.

The Rising 1K ORA Power Ranking, introduced in 2023, celebrates multifamily properties that have demonstrated significant improvements in their online reputation, with a minimum increase of 13 points in their ORA score. A total of 1,075 properties qualified for this year’s list, showcasing the competitive nature of the multifamily housing sector. IMT North Scottsdale’s achievement underscores the dedication of our team to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
