Four IMT Residential Communities Announced in 2018 ORA Elite 1% Power Rankings

SHERMAN OAKS, CA. January 28, 2019 — Today, four IMT Residential communities were named by Multifamily Executive (MFE) in the ORA™ (Online Reputation Assessment) Power Rankings. IMT 8 South, IMT Magnolia, IMT Townhomes at Magnolia Woods and IMT 5700 have been recognized among the Elite 1% of multifamily properties in the nation for online reputation in 2018.

The Elite 1% is an annual ranking developed by J Turner Research based on an extensive monthly, online reputation study of more than 101,000 multifamily properties nationwide, across over 19 review websites.

For a property to be included in this ranking, it should have registered a minimum ORA™ score of 89 with a minimum of 12 online reviews, across all tracked review sites. The ORA™ score, based on a scale of 0-100, is an aggregate compilation of a property’s ratings across all review sites where the average ORA is 62. The ORA™ score serves as a benchmark to compare and contrast individual properties and portfolios nationally and regionally. IMT Residential’s four communities exceeded this average with the following scores: IMT 8 South, 94; IMT Townhomes at Magnolia, 91; IMT Magnolia, 90; and IMT 5700, 89.
