SHERMAN OAKS, CA. NOVEMBER 22, 2019 — Today, IMT Cool Springs, a community managed by IMT Residential, a leading nationwide apartment operator, was recognized at the Greater Nashville Apartment Association’s (GNAA) Awards Gala with two awards. IMT Cool Springs was awarded second place for the 2019 Community Beautification Award and second place for Best Flowers.
Each year, GNAA hosts an Awards Gala to present the Beautification and Diamond awards, which showcases stellar communities and the talented professionals who work there. The Beautification awards identify communities within the Greater Nashville for their amenities, facilities and upgrades in their community. IMT Cool Springs was nominated and secured the second place award for Best Flowers and for Community Beautification. Each award nominee for Community Beautification is judged on the overall community appearance. In the Best Flowers category, each community is critiqued on the overall design and suitability to the site.
“It was a wonderful night for the IMT Cool Springs team to take home two awards at the Greater Nashville Apartment Association’s 2019 Awards Gala. We received second place for the 2019 Beautification Award for the 19-25 years category and second place for the 2019 Beautification Award for Best Flowers. We are so proud of our community, our team and our company who all supported us in receiving these awards. We would also like to thank GNAA for such a great night in celebrating everyone’s achievements and our local vendors who helped sponsor IMT Residential’s attendance of the event,” said Michelle Sweeney, Senior Community Manager, IMT Residential.
The Greater Nashville Apartment Association’s 2019 Award Gala allowed people within the multifamily industry to gather and celebrate the award winners as well as perform the induction of the 2020 Board of Directors. Nominees are judged during the summer months and the top three winners are presented the awards at the GNAA Awards Gala.
