IMT Residential is Recognized in J Turner Research’s 2022 Division ORA Power Rankings
SHERMAN OAKS, CA. August 5, 2022 — Today, IMT Residential was recognized as a top 25 management company in J Turner Research’s Division III ORA™ (Online Reputation Assessment) Power Rankings.
IMT Residential is ranked as the #18 management company in Division III. The ORA Power Ranking is based on J Turner’s monthly research of the ratings and reviews of 128,000+ properties across various review sites and ILSs. The Division Ranking extends the ORA award recognition to include apartment management companies that manage over 2,000 units. Division III (10,000 – 19,999 units and up) was determined based on the portfolio data obtained from Smart Apartment Data in June 2022.
