IMT wants you to be protected. All IMT Residential properties require residents to carry $50,000 property liability insurance during the term of their lease.
IMT Residential has partnered with Great American E & S Insurance Company to provide our residents a tenant liability insurance policy. This policy not only meets our liability requirement, but also provides each resident that signs up $5,000 of personal content coverage in case of a fire. The cost of $50,000 property liability coverage and $5,000 personal content coverage in case of fire is only $9.50.
