My husband and I spent a month searching for the right place at the right price to move into. IMT Granada Pointe is it for us. I know that there have been some negative reviews and every community will have that but I did feel that it was incredibly important to post how happy we are here. The community overall has been very quiet and kept super clean. We appreciate the doggie bags placed all over the community. Helps to ensure that people clean up after themselves and dispose properly as well. Our townhome is perfect. Brand new carpet when we moved in, counters are in perfect condition and I love the bathtubs. The management staff was really great too. Natalie assisted us with our move in and her follow up and communication is excellent. I give her team a lot of credit they are managing multiple properties and are highly professional and excellent with responding in a timely manner. On the day of our move-in, it went so smoothly. I love that she emailed us the lease agreement ahead of time to review so we could be prepared with questions. We also met the maintenance staff and had only a minor issue with the security system beeping. They were there within minutes to fix it.I would say that the only negative would be the guest parking. But I do understand the space constraints and I would rather there be enough parking for those living here then for guests. If you are looking for a quiet, clean community I would recommend IMT Granada Pointe. Thanks! Juliana
